Our products can vary in size, shape and weight depending on the product itself and the type and thickness of timber used.

Pickup

Free pickup is available at any time suitable to both parties from Albany Creek.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges including packaging, postage, couriers, and transport fees are not included in the price of any of our pieces and are an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase.  

Delivery – Local Area

Delivery of your piece/s can be arranged within a ‘reasonable distance’ from our location at Albany Creek at an agreed fee.

Delivery - Outside the Local Area (Including tracking and/or insurance)

Delivery (Including tracking and/or insurance) of your ordered product/s will need to be calculated manually at the time of purchase to ensure an accurate price can be established.

Title and Risk

Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.
