Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your piece, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to discuss.

Items being returned must be back within 7 days after being discussed and agreed per above.

Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.

Faults and Defects

Please contact us within 24 hours after taking delivery of your piece if you identify any faults or defects.

Photos will be requested to compare against any photos that we have taken.

Returning the piece for refund, exchange or rectification must be agreed by both parties.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Sale Items

Sale items are sold ‘as is’ and cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

Buyers are responsible for returning the purchased piece at their expense unless agreed otherwise by both parties.

The piece must be returned within the agreed timeframes above.

If the piece is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value.
